New Quest: ARCTIC CHILL

This morning Gourmet Ranch has released a new Quest entitled Arctic Chill.  Those of you wondering this is a repeat.  Arctic Chill is from November 29, 2012 when they originally released these ingredients. The first dish is a repeat while they have changed up the second two dishes.

And of course you will notice a slight increase in the number of dishes we have to cook. That is probably because two of the three dishes are really short cooks.

Looking at the animals as you can see all reasonable grow times. They are located one row up from the bottom so they might be tough for some people who do not have them unlocked.

Take a glance at Dish 1, its pretty easy bears are six hours, horseradish is just 12 hours to grow so not a bad ingredient either. Potatoes can be bought in Big Mart.  And just a quick 45  minute grow time. So far I  like this quest lol.

Second dish isn't terrible either. Seals are just four hours, not really crazy about nutmeg as the last quest just required it, so probably lots of people will be out. It has an 18 hour grow time which isn't pleasant but capers is just 12 hours so that isn't bad. And its got a short one hour cook time.  Still not a bad dish overall.  Not liking the low paying. These dishes are best to have someone else cook, buy them for your counters then delete. Because really you can serve much better dishes.

The Last Dish is the one that made everyone groan.

Penguins are just six hours. But Quinoa is a 2 day crop. And Banana Peppers is THREE DAYS. Because of course Gourmet Ranch is that way.

The quest has almost 13 days again so there is plenty of time to grow and cook. Aside from the 10 GR cash there really isn't a huge amount of xp to be gained from this quest unless you can manage to cook a ton for others.

Good luck and Happy Ranching!
