The first real thanksgiving quest for Gourmet Ranch was in November 2012. It released 10 new ingredients and 18 recipes. I have not found any of them to be worthwhile in terms of keys expense and return. I do not believe that it is likely to return as an actual quest anytime soon as long as there are other options.
