In 2012 Gourmet Ranch released their second major Christmas themed quest. This time they changed it up and styled all the ingredients after the very popular novel by Charles Dickens', A Christmas Carol. This is also the first of the Christmas quests that attempts to do Super Dishes. Unlike its predecessor, 12 days of Christmas, this quest was split into just two chunks. The first half of the quest introduced the majority of the ingredients and dishes. 12 ingredients made up 9 different dishes. And there were NO regular ingredients for any part of this quest. So everything needed had to be grown during the Christmas season. At the start of the third week, THREE supers were introduced along with six more dishes. The supers from this quest were also long growers with both Cinnamon and Caroller's Cranberries taking nearly a day to grow.
